How the process work:

• Interview — As soon as we have a match for you, we will invite you to a first Skype interview. This interview gives us a solid understanding of your experience and career ambitions. It also is the perfect opportunity to ask any questions you may have about finding work in Austria or Germany, and we may give you useful advice on how to improve your CV

• Company introduction —  After the screening phase we prepare your detailed profile and use it, along with your CV, to introduce you to the company. Companies trust our recommendations because we have developed strong relationships with their HR staff. This gives you a better chance of being selected for a company interview.
Please note: Profiles and CVs are strictly confidential. Your CV and profile WILL NOT be sent to any company without your permission. We always notify you about the respective company and discuss the vacancy with you beforehand

• Company interview — We will provide you with all necessary information so that you know who and where you will meet; also, you will get additional advice for the interview. Some companies prefer to conduct two or more interviews before making a decision

• Hired — We negotiate your contract and salary for you; we also provide assistance concerning, inter alia, relocation and VISA application in order to ensure a smooth transition to your new company and location
